Mission: Join our dynamic team at Meliá White House as a Groups & Events Sales Executive. Your primary focus will be ensuring targets are met for Business Groups and Events, while assisting in the smooth operation of the department. You’ll handle enquiries, conduct show rounds, and help maximize customer satisfaction and business opportunities.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Support the Senior Groups & Events Manager in planning and organizing the team.
- Manage enquiries and bookings for group business, ensuring profitable terms and smooth handovers.
- Conduct hotel show rounds and participate in promotional activities.
- Maintain and update systems, contracts, and booking details.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Assist in managing the conference and groups diary to optimize business levels.
- Provide exceptional customer care and handle guest concerns professionally.
