About Meliá White House Hotel NW1 3UP. Meliá White House is a modern and elegantly newly refurbished hotel exceptionally located next to Regent’s Park, within a short walk from the world-renowned shopping streets of Oxford Circus & Regents Street. Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regent’s Park underground stations are all within a 5-minute walk.
Salary package: from £27,851 plus Tronc, hotel discounts, health cash back plan, meals on duty, pension scheme, loyalty rewards and referral bonuses.
Mission: We’re looking for an experienced bartender/mixologist to join our team and manage the seamless operation of our outlet. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory control and outlet maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
- Personalize the customer experience, anticipate needs, and handle incidents professionally.
- Supervise outlet setup, including lighting, music, and promotional materials.
- Promote the hotel’s services, events, and entertainment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender is essential.
- Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards.
