Mission: As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for creating outstanding first impressions and delivering a welcoming, efficient, and personalised service to all guests. You will be a visible presence in the hotel lobby and public areas, particularly during busy periods, ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
- Personalise each guest's stay, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
- Prepare for and manage VIP arrivals, including greeting and escorting guests to their rooms
- Support Reception, Luggage Porters, Business Centre, and outlets during peak periods
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints promptly, professionally, and in line with hotel procedures
- Remain calm and act appropriately during emergency situations, following hotel safety procedures
- Carry out duties as directed by the Guest Experience Manager to maintain service excellence

- Fluency in English (Spanish is an advantage)
