Mission
As the Level Lounge F&B - Outlet Manager, you will support the leadership of The Level operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance and operational excellence. You will contribute to team leadership, service quality, and the delivery of premium experiences for VIP guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Support departmental financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability targets
- Monitor and control budgets, inventory, and purchasing processes in line with company standards
- Analyse operational performance across breakfast, restaurant, room service, and events
- Track and report on KPIs including food cost, labour efficiency, and service quality
- Assist in the preparation and execution of the annual Food & Beverage budget
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, Health & Safety, and internal policies
- Implement and maintain Meli brand standards, service procedures, and operational guidelines
- Support daily operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality guest service
- Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver exceptional and personalised guest experiences
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including sustainability and departmental action plans
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage supervision or management
- Strong understanding of financial controls and operational KPIs
- Passion for delivering premium guest experiences
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong organisational and analytical abilities
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
