Mission: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Meli White House! You will play a key role in supervising the Food and Beverage team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly according to our high standards. In this role, you will also help develop and enhance our Food & Beverage Standard Operating Procedures.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure that all food and beverage team members are fully trained on the hotel's Health and Safety Policy and adhere to safe working practices at all times, including compliance with Liquor and Licensing Laws, food hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Have expert knowledge of all food items, dishes, wines, and beverages across our various Food & Beverage departments.
- Lead and motivate the team to ensure efficient operations and cost control.
- Resolve guest and customer complaints with speed, professionalism, and care.
- Play a key role in the implementation of Food and Beverage promotions.
- Coordinate mandatory training for all staff, ensuring the rota aligns with training needs.
- Support junior staff with e-learning courses and provide assistance when needed.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment, maintaining strong, respectful relationships with a diverse team.

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor is a must.
- Fluent in English.
