Salary package: £13.62 per hour (£17,046.54 per annum) plus service charge, hotel discounts, health cash back plan, meals on duty, pension scheme, loyalty rewards and referral bonuses, and many more.Receptionist - Part-time, 24 hours/week
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure that all guests are welcomed and checked-in into the hotel in a warm, genuine & professional manner & when possible addressed by their name.
- Be fully conversant with check-out procedures in an informative & helpful manner.
- Project a helpful and enthusiastic attitude while offering choices, anticipating & identifying guest expectations, in order to ensure that guests' needs are met & where possible exceeded.
- Be aware of the current hotel availability and propose up-sell and cross-sell whenever it is possible, to maximize room occupancy and hotel revenue.
- Present all accounts to company and agency bills with compliant back-up.
- Provide to our guests the corresponding invoice related to their stay.
