Receptionist 0 hours contract – 12 months
Responsibilities
will include, but are not limited to:
· Be fully conversant with check-in
and check-out procedures.
· Deal with any guest requests
during pre-arrivals and throughout their stay, ensuring the information is
communicated and/or recorded accurately.
· To promote and upsell additional
services on check-in.
· Adhere to all hotel credit
policies, taking care with payments and seeking support from the departmental
leaders when necessary.
· Observe
all security and Health & Safety regulations.
· Answer
all telephone calls promptly and efficiently.
· Know
the current day’ availability.
· Enrol guests to the Melia
Rewards program and explain the benefits of joining.
