Immersed in art, music, and culture, Liverpool’s newest and most anticipated lifestyle hotel is within walking distance of major corporate offices and local attractions. *Part‑Time‑32 Hours* Job Summary Our Night Receptionists are responsible for continuing an exceptional customer experience during night hours.
You will be a confident and effective communicator, always on the lookout for ways to delight our guests by understanding their purpose for travelling and anticipating their requirements.
Under the direction of the Night Manager, you will be responsible for completing end‑of‑day procedures, and for looking after the safety and security of the hotel.

Previous night receptionist experience, ideally in similar hotel environment Natural people skills Excellent and effective communicator Problem solving and complaint handling skills Flexibility and adaptability Join our Company!
