We are looking for a Night Reception Supervisor to join our team and ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience throughout the night. This role supports the Night Manager and steps in during their absence, playing a key part in the safety, security, and satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee night reception operations and support the Night Manager
  • Deliver smooth check-ins/outs and handle guest enquiries with professionalism
  • Ensure high service standards and support team training and development
  • Conduct nightly security checks and respond to any incidents
  • Accurately complete night audits and handle payments per hotel policies
  • Promote Meli Rewards and upsell hotel services
  • Communicate effectively across shifts and with day teams

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in hotel reception or front office, ideally in a supervisory capacity
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle overnight operations confidently
  • A team player with a hands-on approach and eye for detail
  • The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
