Join us at Innside by Melia Newcastle, a 4‑star lifestyle hotel located on the historic Quayside. The role is a part‑time contract of 24 hours per week (3 days per week).

Responsibilities

  • As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them warmly, managing check‑in/out, and providing local recommendations.
  • You will deliver efficient and courteous service, anticipate guests’ needs, and support the overall guest experience.
