We’re currently seeking a driven, dynamic, and globally mindedProactive Sales Manager – MICE UK to lead our MICE strategy for the US and Canadian markets across our iconic London hotels:ME London, Meliá White House, and Meliá London Kensington .

What You’ll Do:

As ourSales Manager – MICE , you will:

  • Lead new business development and manage existing MICE accounts focused on the US and Canada.
  • Execute the MICE sales strategy to deliver on revenue targets and occupancy goals across our London hotel cluster.
  • Represent Meliá at international events, industry roadshows, fam trips, and networking opportunities to grow brand presence and drive inbound MICE business.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue, Groups & Events, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse performance metrics and market trends to shape proactive sales actions and pricing strategies.
  • Support business planning, reporting, and forecasting to help drive long-term growth and profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experiencein hotel sales (4* or 5* environment)
  • Strong understanding of theMICE segment
  • Confident in international business development, with theflexibility to travel as needed
  • Familiarity withFOCUSor similar CRM/sales systems
  • Professional fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
  • A proactive, passionate, and people-focused individual who thrives in a global hospitality setting
