Job mission: As Sales Manager MICE UK, you will drive MICE revenue across the London cluster by developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving budgeted targets across rooms, event space, and F&B, while supporting the implementation of the overall sales strategy.

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development and manage a portfolio of MICE accounts within the London market.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets across room nights, event space, and F&B.
  • Support the implementation of the MICE sales strategy and annual business plans.
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and regular business reviews for the MICE segment.
  • Build strong relationships with agencies and clients through proactive sales activity (appointments, roadshows, FAM trips).
  • Monitor enquiry conversion and identify opportunities to increase performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data within CRM systems.
  • Work closely with hotel operations and Groups & Events teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Organise and attend client meetings, networking events, and site inspections for key accounts.

What are we looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in MICE or hotel sales within a 4- or 5-star property.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing client accounts and driving new business.
  • Knowledge of the London MICE market is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
  • High attention to detail and results-driven approach.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
