As a Sales Executive, you will drive and achieve revenue objectives for Meliá White House Apartments and support corporate, group and catering sales across our three UK South hotels. You will proactively develop local corporate accounts, build strong partnerships, and identify new business opportunities while representing the Meliá brand with confidence and professionalism.
Your responsibilities:
- Achieve a minimum number of weekly sales appointments through office visits, site visits, FAM trips and virtual meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and partners.
- Proactively develop corporate accounts for Meliá White House, Meliá London Kensington and ME London.
- Drive sales for Meliá White House Apartments through site visits and familiarisation trips.
- Actively hunt for new accounts with high revenue potential.
- Negotiate rates in line with hotel objectives, focusing on high-ADR business.
- Analyse weekly corporate sales performance and implement action plans.
- Support the Head of Events & Groups with proposals, site visits, follow-ups and contracts.
- Participate in sales blitzes, roadshows, presentations and promotional activities.
- Create and manage Account Development Plans with guidance from the Director of Sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account files and reporting.
- Represent the company positively, enhancing brand reputation and market presence.
