Job mission: As Revenue Manager (Luxury) you will be responsible for maximising the hotel’s RevPAR and profitability through the development and execution of a dynamic pricing and revenue strategy. You will analyse demand, market trends and performance data, working closely with commercial and operational teams to optimise results while supporting the hotel’s financial objectives.
Your responsibilities:
- Design and execute the hotel’s revenue management and pricing strategy to maximise RevPAR and EBITDA.
- Manage daily pricing decisions across all market segments and distribution channels.
- Monitor, maintain and optimise Duetto pricing rules, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Analyse daily, weekly and monthly pick-up reports, demand trends and market performance.
- Optimise room type pricing and supplement strategies, maximising revenue from premium categories.
- Lead the hotel’s upselling strategy at booking, pre‑arrival and arrival stages.
- Produce weekly and periodic forecasts, budgets and reforecasts with clear action plans.
- Oversee group and event quotations, ensuring alignment with the overall revenue strategy.
- Drive direct channel performance and OTA disintermediation through pricing and distribution decisions.
- Prepare and lead business review meetings, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights.
What are we looking for:
- Degree in Business Studies, Hotel Management or a related field.
- Revenue Management training is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel Revenue Management or Revenue supervision.
- Strong knowledge of pricing, forecasting, benchmarking and analytics.
- Experience with Opera, Duetto, Switch and SAP preferred.
- Solid understanding of hotel operations.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in English; local language required depending on location.
