Hotel: INNSIDE Manchester (M15) will be the main base for this role. This role is a cluster role covering INNSIDE Manchester (M15), INNSIDE Liverpool (L3) and INNSIDE Newcastle (NE1). 12 Month Fixed Term Maternity Cover.

Mission:
Manage group price requests for accounts assigned to the M&E, BT and Travel Agent sales network and from centralised MICE channels (meliapro.com and CVent), responding to each request within the time limits defined by M&E to generate group business for company hotels.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure appropriate follow‑up for all budgeted leads with both the hotel and the client to convert as many groups as possible.
- Provide hotel information such as technical sheets, brochures, promotional packages, etc. to clients and accompany them on hotel site inspections.
- Receive and attend all group requests that come from Account Managers and centralised channels, responding to them as required by standards and within the time period defined.
- Implement the price quotation process applying the standards and tools for each group or event request based on the customer profile, their needs and their language; monitor price quotes based on whether they are sent direct to the customer or through the Account Manager.
- Encourage site inspection for potential groups to increase the chances of conversion; coordinate site inspections with hotels and clients and follow up with hotels on the results of the visit.
- Give visibility to sustainable attributes in the customer relationship (under the instructions of the marketing & branding department).
Qualifications:
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or similar.
- Fluent in English. Additional Spanish and Italian would be preferable.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Great ability to communicate and negotiate.
- Knowledge of PMS Opera Cloud and Focus tools.
- Availability to travel.
