- Take full responsibility for an assigned section (grill, sauce, pastry, larder, etc.).
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the required standard.
- Ensure smooth service on their section.
- Carry out mise en place efficiently.
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during service.
- Follow recipes, specs, and plating guides.
- Maintain high food quality and presentation.
- Monitor freshness, rotation, and portion control.
- Reduce waste and report shortages or issues.
