You will work with a fantastic team with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. We’ll support you to develop your skills and passions in an environment built on warmth, professionalism, and hospitality. Bringing your own ideas and creativity to the Bar Manager role, you’ll help guide and elevate the guest experience beyond expectation.
The Role: As Bar Manager, you will take full ownership of the hotel’s bar and lounge operations, including the Cave Bar, Drawing Room, Domes, Restaurant and event spaces. You’ll lead service standards, drive commercial performance, and ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience across all outlets. Working closely with the Hotel Manager and wider Food.
