The predicted salary is between 25000 - 35000 £ per year.
Due to our ongoing popularity and commitment to excellence and innovation, we are looking to increase our brigade with the addition of a Chef de Partie, in either our main kitchen or banqueting kitchen. The role involves being responsible for delivering a high level of food to all our guests. Whether working in our newly refurbished and extended state of the art main kitchen or spacious banqueting kitchen, you will be responsible for:
- The preparation, presentation and service of dishes for a variety of events or services
- Supervision and coaching of the brigade and kitchen portering team
- Gaining extensive knowledge of our menus and food offerings
- Assisting the management team in the control of all food supplies and purchases coming in and out of the kitchen, using date labelling processes
- Adhering to all food safety and health and safety guidelines
As a Chef de Partie, you will work alongside an award-winning Executive Head Chef and brigade and be part of a growing team who pride themselves in delivering a first-class product every time. We ask that you take pride in your work and have a willingness to learn. You will have a real passion for food, and excellent attention to detail to provide consistent standards.
You will also:
- Demonstrate previous experience at Commis Chef or Demi Chef De Partie level
- Demonstrate previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment
- Be self-aware and able to evaluate your own work
