Our client, a leading creative communications agency, is looking to hire an Influencer Partnerships Manager to support delivery across multiple paid partnership campaigns for globally recognised sportswear and lifestyle clients. This is a hands-on role for someone with proven experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, from strategy and briefing, to negotiation, content delivery and reporting. You’ll have your finger on the pulse of the influencer and digital landscape, particularly across sport, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead influencer paid partnership campaigns from concept through to execution.
- Leverage an existing network of influencer/talent relationships across UK, Europe, and global markets.
- Source and manage creators for content production in line with client objectives.
- Negotiate fees, manage contracts, and oversee legal requirements.
- Track performance metrics and report on campaign KPIs with clarity and insight.
- Collaborate closely with creative and social teams to develop 360° campaign content.
- Bring a strategic, creative POV to influencer briefs and campaign narratives.
- Monitor and respond to trends in digital culture to shape campaigns.
