Melbury Wood is partnering with a leading organisation in the Financial Services sector to appoint a talented Policy and Engagement Specialist on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong FS background who is experienced in delivering high‑impact advocacy campaigns and engaging effectively with key stakeholders across the UK and EU.

Must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in public affairs (in‑house, agency, or government)
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand business priorities
  • Experience working in Brussels or a solid understanding of EU institutions
  • A track record of operating within heavily regulated environments, ideally Financial Services
  • willingness and ability to travel across Europe for events at least once a month
