Team Development: Mentor and lead a team of consultants, fostering professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work across all accounts. Stakeholder Engagement: Leverage and expand your network within government, parliament, and media to advance client interests and enhance agency visibility. Content Oversight: Ensure the production of compelling written materials, including press releases, opinion pieces, and briefing documents, maintaining the agency\’s standard of excellence. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to pitches and expanding the agency\’s client portfolio. Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience across a public affairs, communications consultancy, or a political/media environment, with a proven track record of strategic leadership and client success in an agency setting. Political Acumen: Deep understanding of UK government structures, parliamentary procedures, and the media landscape. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for crafting persuasive narratives and delivering clear advice under pressure.
