Asset management sits at the core of the platform, with a hands-on approach to optimising performance throughout the investment lifecycle.

This is a full-time role based 5 days a week in our London office. The Asset Management Associate will oversee the performance, strategy and operations of a diverse real estate portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing financial performance
  • Implementing asset management strategies to optimise revenue and value
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners
  • Managing budgets and stakeholder reporting

The role requires maintaining up to date market knowledge to make informed investment and operational decisions that align with the company's objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong financial analysis and investment management skills, including asset valuation, budgeting, and reporting
  • Proficiency in property management and operations, including tenant relations and lease administration
  • Strategic thinking and decision making abilities, supported by market research and data-driven insights
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work within a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in real estate investment analysis software and advanced Excel skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., MRICS, CFA) are a plus
  • 5+ years experience in asset management within the real estate or property management sectors
