Due to planned growth and succession, they are looking to add to their successful technical team and hire a Product Engineer ASAP. Product Engineer - Role Overview:
- Design and develop products, including making improvements, modifications and extensions.
- Guide and develop testing methods.
- Create simulation models.
- Actively support the quality department.
- Take a leading role in projects to develop a Product Strategy and drive actions related to products.
- Oversee the New Product Introduction processes and actively participate in project stage gates.
- Actively work with sustainability and reduce environmental footprint and material declarations.
- Ensure that any health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Take responsibility to ensure a good production process such as manufacturing, assembly and product testing.
