About the EMEA Graduate Program
Accelerated development of your functional, technical and leadership skills, while building your network, which will become the foundation for your future career development. During the two-year program, you will go through multiple assignments including one abroad, discovering multiple roles and gathering various experiences. Starting your career at Parker means the opportunity to expand your competencies and apply your knowledge through an international first job experience.

What you can expect
- Get to know Parker's business, working in Supply Chain
- Work at Manufacturing Plants, in Divisions, and support specialist functions
- Learn how to generate the preparation and communication of the rolling forecast (S&OP)
- Implement, monitor and expand processes to balance on-time delivery and inventories
- Ensure the management of goods receipts incl. prioritisation, to avoid capacity constraints
- Work in warehousing from goods receipt, to put-away, storage, pick & pack, to ship in close collaboration with the Lean teams
- Familiarise and use the procurement best practices, being actively involved in negotiations with suppliers
- Responsibility for your own projects
Final roles are likely to be in Ansty Park (Coventry) and Team Valley (Gateshead).
Your ideal profile should include
- Master's Degree in engineering or business administration.
- Ideally, you will possess six to eighteen months' worth of industry experience, either from a placement during your degree or from a role in a relevant industry.
- First-hand experience in project management is a plus.
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative, self-starter approach, and strong communication skills.
- Geographical flexibility to move to any Parker location both during and upon completion of the program.
