About the EMEA Graduate Program:
- Accelerated development of your functional, technical and leadership skills, while building your network, which will become the foundation for your future career development.
- During the two-year program, you will go through multiple assignments including one abroad, discovering multiple roles and gathering various experiences.

What you can expect:
- Work within the business systems teams (for example, supporting the systems that run our manufacturing and supply chains, digital selling, and finance technology) as well as gaining an understanding of the IT Infrastructure and security.
- Participate in team projects and gain an understanding of the roles and tools required for the successful development and implementation of IT Services.
- Work within the IT Infrastructure, Business Applications, Process Enterprise and Process Manufacturing.
- Assist other team members in the delivery of quality solutions and execution on work tasks; providing implementation support (guiding users through resolution), managing open issues, and escalating as needed.
- Responsibility for your own projects.
- Final roles are likely to be in Fareham (Hampshire), Durham or Gateshead.
Your ideal profile should include:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science / IT.
- Ideally, you will possess six to eighteen months’ worth of industry experience, either from a placement during your degree or from a role in a relevant industry.
- An interest in the field of Digitalisation and Technology.
- Exposure to projects or coursework related to data analysis, statistics, machine learning or database management.
- Exposure to languages and tools used in data analytics, such as Python, R, or SQL. Also, some exposure to Data Visualisation tools.
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative, self-starter approach, and strong communication skills.
- Geographical flexibility to move to any Parker location both during and upon completion of the program.
