We're looking for a technically adept FPGA Design Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our client’s dynamic team at their offices near Pitstone.
FPGA Design Engineer – Duties:
Design and development of FPGAs.
Development of test specifications and procedures.
Provision of consultancy services to customers.
Support of production activities within the company.
Direct customer support including site visits where appropriate, although the frequency of this is not very high, and is always planned.
FPGA Design Engineer – Essential skills:
Digital electronic design / FPGA (Xilinx preferred)
Analog electronic design skills including high-speed switching circuits and signal integrity would be beneficial
A/D and D/A converters and support circuitry
Any Analogue and Digital PCB Layout experience would be an advantage
Appreciation of EMC
FPGA Design Engineer – Hours and Benefits:
36 hours per week, working Monday to Thursday – with some flexibility on start and finish times
