The Role:

  • Electronic Bench Testing: Testing, troubleshooting and validating electronic circuits and PCB-level components, developing and implementing cost-effective, scalable testing methods for prototype and production stages, ensuring product reliability and manufacturability.
  • RF Testing & Troubleshooting: Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving RF-related issues without compromising the integrity of the board or design. Using RF test equipment and RF testing tools to validate product performance against specifications, including impedance matching, power output, signal quality and noise analysis.
  • Debugging & Root Cause Analysis: Debugging at hardware level (PCB, RF), conducting in-depth root cause analysis of issues and recommending process improvements. Analysing failed test results and applying corrective actions to meet product requirements. Identifying firmware faults where relevant to support cross-functional debugging.
  • Production & Prototype Testing: Validating prototypes, designing test plans, conducting tests in both development and production environments. Developing and maintaining test rigs and systems to improve testing efficiency and product quality. Assisting in setting up testing infrastructure, troubleshooting during production, and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Opportunity to be involved in Telecommunications part of products (Only if have experience of this): Working on telecommunications systems, network protocols, and standards. Working with RF components such as filters, antennas and amplifiers in their role in telecom system performance.

Skills and Experience You Need to Have:

  • Electronic Bench Testing.
  • RF Testing & Troubleshooting.
  • Debugging & Root Cause Analysis.
  • Production & Prototype Testing Experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, firmware, and production teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring quality and reliability in all test procedures and outcomes.
  • Telecommunications Knowledge (Preferred).
  • Previous experience in a telecom or wireless communications industry is highly advantageous.
