We’re looking for a Content Producer to join our creative team on the ground in London, approximately 2-4 days per month. You’ll be hands‑on across shoots, content capture and production logistics - working closely with our Production and Social teams to bring ideas to life on set and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, is obsessed with how content is made (not just posted), and wants to build a long‑term career in production, content and creative execution. You’ll be supported, trained and developed under the mentorship of the Creative Director - but we’re also looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and can problem‑solve in fast‑moving environments.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • On‑set production & content capture
    • Attending photo and video shoots across London
    • Capturing social‑first content on iPhone and camera
    • Liaising with talent on shoot days
    • Spotting content moments in real time and acting on them
  • Editing & content delivery
    • Preparing content for handover to the social team
    • Managing files, folders and content libraries post‑shoot
    • Ensuring content is delivered on time and to brief
  • Shoot coordination & logistics
    • Supporting shoot planning, schedules and run sheets
    • Helping manage locations, props, equipment and timing
    • Keeping shoots running smoothly and flagging issues early
    • Problem‑solving calmly and practically when things change on the day

What we’re looking for:

  • A strong interest in content, production and social media
  • A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and the creator landscape
  • Confidence using iPhone for content capture
  • Basic editing skills (CapCut preferred)
  • Excellent time management and organisation
  • The ability to travel and be flexible around shoot schedules
  • Calm, solutions‑focused energy under pressure
  • Strong communication skills — especially with clients on set

You’re likely someone who:

  • Is proactive and takes ownership
  • Notices details others miss
  • Is comfortable asking questions and backing yourself

How this role fits our culture:

At Melbourne Social Co, we care deeply about how we work, not just what we deliver. This role is aligned to our culture of:

  • Ownership over task‑following
  • High standards with low ego
  • Momentum, not perfection paralysis
  • Clear communication and accountability
  • Being calm, capable and kind — especially under pressure

We trust people early, support growth intentionally, and expect team members to show initiative, judgment and pride in their work. This is a role where you’ll be seen, supported and stretched — not micromanaged.
