About You:
- Hold a Level 3 childcare qualification (or above) and have strong hands-on experience in early years education.

Your Role:
- Work closely with the Room Leader and Nursery Manager to maintain a safe, stimulating, and high-quality learning environment.
- Support and guide junior staff members, demonstrating excellent practice at all times.
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Assist with planning, observations, assessments, and creating engaging learning experiences for children.
