Early Years Educator Role
Full Time, Part Time and Term Time Considered.
We are looking for a Level 3 qualified practitioner who is passionate about working in Early Years. If you have a warm and caring nature, then this role might be perfect for you.
We are seeking someone
- Who has a genuine passion for working within early years.
- Has a proven track record of meeting the needs of young children.
- Is able to plan purposeful activities to enhance children's learning. We able to link activities to the EYFS.
- Have an excellent understanding on procedures such as: safeguarding, child protection, safe sleeping and hygiene requirement.
- Build strong bonds with parents and carers and ensure that parents and carers are always well informed about their child's day at nursery.
- Continue to develop areas within the room so that children remain stimulated and resources are replenished.
Must Have
- Level 3 qualification in childcare.
- Must have a clear DBS check.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a key worker.
- Must be willing to go on further training to enhance knowledge.
