About You
- Hold a Level 3 childcare qualification (or above) and have strong hands‑on experience in early years education.
- Lead with confidence, positivity, and professionalism, inspiring and supporting those around you.
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding procedures, and high‑quality teaching practices.
- Be passionate about continuous professional development and building positive relationships with parents and carers.
Your Role
- Work closely with the Room Leader and Nursery Manager to maintain a safe, stimulating, and high‑quality learning environment.
- Support and guide junior staff members, demonstrating excellent practice at all times.
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Assist with planning, observations, assessments, and creating engaging learning experiences for children.

Pay: £13.00 to 13.50 per hour.
