Aquinas College is looking to appoint a dynamic, suitably experienced applicant to the position of VET Food Support Assistant. This opportunity is to commence immediately and can be on either a casual or fixed term basis until the end of term 2 (July), working 5 days a week.
The preferred candidate will be enthusiastic, keen to engage and inspire our students and able to support the delivery of curriculum that caters for students with different learning styles.
Qualifications:- Will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
- Will have experience working in Hospitality.
- Will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Will have the ability to work successfully within a team.
- Will be able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
- Will have valid Working with Children Check and Police Check.
- Will have relevant permissions to work in Australia.
- Will hold a current Food Handler’s Certificate.
- Will hold a current driver’s licence.
- Will preferably hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
The successful applicant will be appointed as an Education Support Employee - Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement CEMEA 2022. Aquinas College promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.
