We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Japanese Teacher to join our Languages team.
Fixed Term, 20 October – 8 December 2025 • 0.73 FTE • Years 8–11
Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering engaging, inclusive, and accessible learning experiences
- Using student data to guide planning, assessment and teaching practice
- Embedding digital learning technologies and contemporary pedagogies to enhance learning
- Supporting the development and wellbeing of the whole student
- Building strong partnerships with students, families, and colleagues
- Participating in co-curricular activities and College events
- Embracing professional learning and reflection as part of your practice
Qualifications
- Hold current VIT registration
- Ideally, have accreditation to teach in a Catholic school and/or to teach Religious Education (please indicate in your application if applicable)
Classification and Application
This position is covered under the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022, Teacher Salary, T1-1 to 2-6.
