• a sound understanding of current teaching and learning practice, esp. Science of Learning & Structured Literacy
• a commitment to improving student learning and wellbeing outcomes according to the policies and practices of St Andrew\'s PS
• a willingness to work collaboratively in a Professional Learning team
• an ability to demonstrate a commitment to the Catholic ethos of the school and parish.
