We are supporting a well regarded not-for-profit healthcare organisation providing specialist care and support services for children and families across London and the South East. Due to a significant expansion in services, they are seeking an Interim Project Manager to support the operational delivery and development of new community-based care models.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting expansion of clinical and support services
  • Coordinating delivery of new service lines
  • Working closely with NHS / ICB stakeholders and external referrers
  • Monitoring service performance and reporting outcomes
  • Helping evaluate whether current services are meeting patient and family needs

The organisation is looking for someone who can work autonomously, operate at pace and quickly become a safe pair of hands for the senior leadership team.

Ideal backgrounds could include:

  • NHS community services
  • Children’s services
  • Hospice or palliative care
  • Healthcare transformation / operational improvement
  • Interim project or programme delivery
