An established and highly regarded fertility provider is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead its nursing and ultrasound team within a busy and growing clinic in the Nottingham area. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an NMC-registered nurse with strong operational and people management experience, ideally gained within fertility, women’s health, or a comparable regulated clinical environment.
The successful candidate will play a central role in overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, supporting service quality, driving team performance, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout the fertility journey.
The role:
- Working as part of the senior clinic leadership team, you will take responsibility for the coordination and development of nursing and sonography services while remaining clinically involved within patient care.
- The organisation provides both NHS and private fertility treatment services and has built a strong reputation for patient outcomes, innovation, and quality standards.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary nursing and sonography team
- Managing staffing levels, rotas, and clinical resource planning

- Maintaining high standards of patient care and experience

- Applicants should be able to demonstrate current NMC registration
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
