We are supporting a leading not for profit healthcare organisation to appoint an experienced Interim Director of Clinical Services for an initial 9–12 month assignment. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and operating as a key member of the Executive Team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a broad portfolio of clinical services, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, responsive and high-quality patient care.

This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for:

Key requirements:

  • Significant senior leadership experience within healthcare services

  • Ability to work effectively with commissioners, system partners and executive stakeholders

The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with strong operational delivery, providing visible leadership whilst driving innovation, service development and continuous improvement.

Contract: 9–12 months

Working Pattern: 5 days a week, with 3-4 days a week working onsite.
