You will coordinate with sales, customers and tech teams to gather requirements, configure the platform, handle data processing and integrations, run UAT and deliver customer training.
You’ll own project plans, manage Go-Live readiness and provide first-line support after go-live, while continuously improving operational playbooks for scalable implementation
