The Role

This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the heart of the business. You’ll work closely with the founders and wider team to ensure the business runs smoothly day-to-day, while also building processes that support growth. This is not a purely administrative role - you’ll be expected to think commercially, improve how we operate, and take ownership of key areas across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations & Process
    • Build and optimise internal processes across customer onboarding, delivery and reporting
    • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
    • Support cross-functional coordination between product, sales and customer success
  • Customer & Delivery Support
    • Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
    • Help manage timelines, deliverables and internal coordination
    • Maintain high standards in client communication and delivery
  • Commercial & Business Support
    • Assist with proposals, pricing and project planning
    • Support pipeline tracking and internal reporting
    • Work closely with founders on operational priorities and growth initiatives
  • People & Admin
    • Support hiring processes (interviews, onboarding, documentation)
    • Manage basic HR processes (holiday tracking, onboarding, etc.)
    • Own day-to-day operational admin to keep the business running effectively
