Location: Chelsea & Mayfair, London
Position: Full‑time
Working model: Hybrid, showroom‑led
Salary range: £50,000 – £58,000 per year, depending on experience
Mekhann is a London design house creating one‑of‑a‑kind and limited hand‑embroidered silk pieces for interiors.
Senior Content Manager – Own the operating rhythm of Mekhann’s social media, website content, shoots and campaign asset flow.
It is a senior individual contributor role – not a Head of Content, brand strategy, or pure social media role.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage Mekhann’s weekly content rhythm across social media, website content, shoots and campaign assets.
- Plan and maintain a clear content calendar across Instagram, Pinterest, website surfaces, email support and campaign activity.
- Turn founder‑led direction into content plans, shoot briefs, shot lists and publishing plans.
- Coordinate product, showroom and campaign shoots across Chelsea, Mayfair and relevant locations.
- Prepare briefs, shot lists, product lists, location notes and asset requirements before shoots.
- Brief and coordinate photographers, videographers, editors and external creative partners where required.
- Manage asset delivery, selection, folder structure, file naming, usage status and approval status.
- Prepare image and video assets for social media, website, email and paid campaign use.
- Prepare website content updates across agreed pages, campaign surfaces, store pages and product‑led areas.
- Draft first‑pass captions, website copy, campaign copy and short content blocks within Mekhann’s approved tone.
- Prepare creative asset packs for paid media partners.
- Keep content moving through approval and publication with discipline and clarity.
- Track what has been briefed, shot, edited, approved, published and still requires input.
- Identify missing information, weak assets or content that is not ready to publish.
- Reduce founder chasing, re‑briefing and operational friction over time.

- Strong with content calendars, asset libraries, folders and approval workflows.

- Comfortable writing clean, restrained first‑pass copy.
- Practical, calm and consistent with follow‑through.
- Comfortable working in a compact, founder‑led business where detail and judgement matter.
