Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to guide store operations in our Oxford location.

You will drive exceptional customer service on the sales floor, lead by example, and foster a high-energy, collaborative environment for staff and customers.

Responsibilities include coaching the team on Mejuri’s selling steps, achieving KPIs, managing inventory and back-of-house processes, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are maintained.
