Role Purpose
At Mejuri, our Stylists are the first point of contact for customers and create a warm, inviting experience. You will educate customers on our products, stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, and inspire customers to try new things. You are a role model of Mejuri’s brand vision and values with every customer you meet.
Availability
- Must have open availability Friday through Sunday and be available a minimum of one weekday or weeknight
- Must be available to work during special event periods including Black Friday and Boxing Day
What You\’ll Do
- Deliver best-in-class customer service through curated styling experiences and thorough product knowledge
- Drive the business by achieving sales and performance metrics (sales per hour, conversion, revenue to target)
- Educate customers on Mejuri’s brand story and stay informed on products, launches, and services
- Collaborate with a motivated team aligned to the corporate mission
- Uphold Mejuri’s core values daily: Find a Way, Raise the Bar, Customer Obsessed, Empowered Owners, Just Do It, Humility, Curiosity, Drive Results
- Assist in accurate and efficient transactions
- Support OMNI in-store services including purchases, returns, exchanges, phone sales, and online returns/purchases
- Maintain store appearance and inventory through visual displays and monthly counts
- Identify opportunities to improve store operations and propose solutions

- Strong verbal communication and active listening to meet customer needs and collaborate with the team
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge to suggest and style for customers
