We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for aesthetics who can catch the hottest visual styles on campus and help our products look and feel right for local users.
What You’ll Do:
- Capture Visual Trends: Continuously analyze the aesthetic preferences and popular styles among local students to guide product design.
- Localize Visuals: Help adjust marketing materials visually (like layout and cultural fit) and create visuals that align with local aesthetics.
- Be a design critic: Review our products (and competitors') from a user’s perspective, identify visual or experience flaws, and give practical feedback.

- Have a keen eye: naturally notice design, imagery, and visual trends in everyday life and social media; are interested in youth culture and what’s trending locally.
- Think like a visual detective: not just see if something looks good—but ask why it’s designed in that way and how it could be better.
