Position Type:
Flexible part-time role based in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site maintenance and technical support for EveLab devices at client locations across the UK.
- Perform device disassembly, assembly, and component replacement based on operation manuals and remote technical guidance.
- Conduct basic functional testing and document maintenance results and issue feedback.
- Support on-site device inspection, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Communicate closely with remote technical teams to ensure smooth task execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, location based in the UK are preferred.
- Engineering or technical backgrounds preferred, including Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, etc.
- Hands-on and detail-oriented, with basic experience using tools and understanding of electrical/hardware systems.
- Responsible and capable of independently completing tasks following operational instructions.
- Able to communicate effectively in English for basic on-site support; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Available for on-demand travel to client locations for support tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in device repair, hardware assembly, laboratory equipment, or electronics maintenance.
- Previous experience in technical support, after-sales service, or field support is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic hardware troubleshooting processes.
- Hands-on project experience or ownership of basic maintenance tools is preferred.
