We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for aesthetics who can catch the hottest visual styles on campus and help our products look and feel right for local users.

What You’ll Do:

• Capture Visual Trends: Continuously analyze the aesthetic preferences and popular styles among local students to guide product design.
• Localize Visuals: Help adjust marketing materials visually (like layout and cultural fit) and create visuals that align with local aesthetics.
• Be a design critic: Review our products (and competitors') from a user’s perspective, identify visual or experience flaws, and give practical feedback.

We Hope You Are:

• Have a keen eye: naturally notice design, imagery, and visual trends in everyday life and social media; are interested in youth culture and what’s trending locally.
• Think like a visual detective: not just see if something looks good—but ask why it’s designed in that way and how it could be better.
• Care about user experience: pay attention to how visuals affect usability and enjoy comparing product designs critically.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Extensive knowledge of local visual product usage habits gained from living in regions like North America, Latam America, or East/Southeast Asia.
• A background in design, art, visual communication, or digital media arts.
• Hands-on experience in graphic design, UI/UX, video editing, or photography.
• Are part of design clubs, competitions, or create visual content yourself.
