MEININGER Hotel Edinburgh is looking for a Supervisor of F&B to lead the service and bar teams, ensuring guest safety and memorable experiences. You will work with the Hotel Manager to run smooth F&B operations.
You will train, coach and develop a diverse team of around 10 people, manage stock, costs, and monthly reports, and uphold MEININGER quality standards while complying with regulations.
This role requires flexibility across shifts, weekends and holidays, and strong English skills.
