Responsibilities
- You are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay.
- You are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-out.
- For our guests, you’re also the first point of contact for all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians.
- You respond to our guests’ questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activities.
- You take care of operational and administrative tasks like invoicing, answering e-mails and online requests, upselling, responding to online reviews and much more.
- You are in charge of the bar.
- You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one.
- You’re flexible and understand that working on all days of the week, sometimes early or late, during weekends and public holidays comes with the job.
- Last but not least, you’re a great colleague, not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and then.
Qualifications
- You have initial experience (min. 1 year) in hospitality and are passionate about it.
- You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling, dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks.
- You are a people person, you like helping others and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
- You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together.
- You have good knowledge of a front-office system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT).
- You are fluent in English (B2); any other languages are a plus.
