工作内容: 岗位职责:

  • 通过电话、WhatsApp 及线上平台为客户提供咨询服务
  • 以中英文回复客户关于服务、预约及流程的相关问题
  • 跟进客户咨询记录,确保信息准确完整
  • 与内部团队协调,协助安排相关事项
  • 处理日常客服及基础行政支持工作
  • 维护良好的客户沟通体验,保持专业及礼貌态度

任职要求: 岗位要求:

  • 新加坡公民或 PR
  • 3–5 年相关客服或行政经验
  • 中英文双语沟通能力良好
  • 熟悉客户咨询流程,能独立处理问题
  • 做事细心、有责任感、沟通清晰

工作时间: 每周 5 天工作制,正常办公时间,年假及病假按新加坡劳工法
