  • Create a single coherent quality approach across all Alliance partners, removing fragmentation between partner systems and processes.
  • Ensure that quality expectations are clear and consistent.
  • Ensure roles and responsibilities are understood.
  • Standardise quality processes wherever possible.
  • Assess the capability of the existing Quality organisation and implement any changes required to ensure it is fit for purpose for the next phase of the programme.
  • Ensure the programme has the right skills, structure and leadership capability within the quality function.
  • Develop the capability of the quality community across the Alliance.
  • Drive the development of a strong quality culture across the Alliance, where quality is understood as a fundamental part of safe and effective delivery.

  • Strong operational leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, in particular coordinating with stakeholders across various functions, both internal and external to the alliance.
