This company specialises in high-performance products and is currently looking for a dependable and focused Production Operative to join their team. In this position, you\’ll contribute to the day-to-day production process by helping ensure products meet the right standards and are completed with care. The role involves using handheld tools, assembling and packing items, and keeping your work area tidy. Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery and tools safely and with care Assemble, pack, and check products for quality Use handheld tools to carry out production tasks accurately Keep your workspace organised and clean Support your team and contribute steadily towards production goals What We\’re Looking For: A strong sense of reliability and good timekeeping Someone who works well on their own but can contribute to a team when needed Prior experience in production or a similar environment is important Forklift experience is helpful but not required A thoughtful, proactive approach to day-to-day tasks Shift Pattern: Fixed Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30 Early Finish on Fridays Own transport is recommended due to the site location This is a good opportunity for someone looking to be part of a stable, well-run workplace that values quiet dedication and attention to detail.
